Ms Mbane has a wealth of experience in both governance, business development, resource mobilisation, strategy, policy development, organisational development and administration. She has more than 30 years experience serving in the public sector. She is a registered Corporate and Business Coach by the World Association for Business Coaches.

Gubevu Consultancy has established a database of professionals with knowledge, expertise and experience who can be deployed as and when required for any project. Gubevu Consultancy has rendered high level services to a vast number of clients in the public, private and NGO sector. Gubevu Consultancy's head office is in Gauteng, Pretoria.
